The Center for Labor and Community Studies at the University of Michigan invites you to a tele-town hall symposium on successfully receiving unemployment and other government aid during COVID-19. An open question and answer period will follow speaker presentations.
This symposium is free and open to the public. We do ask, however, that you register to attend. There are two ways to register. You can go to the form here. Follow the prompts to register. Alternatively, you can send us an email at: LaborStudiesReg@umich.edu In your message, tell us you want to attend. Please write “Government Programs” in the subject line. Please register by Thursday, May 21st. On the day before the symposium we will email you a Zoom link to access the event. You may need to download (for free) the Zoom app or program onto your device.
